RRN Agent Operations SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description
RRN Agent Operations is an operational text-messaging program provided by KINGS CAPITAL GROUP LLC, doing business as The Richard Reyes Network. The program sends participating affiliated agents and authorized team members recurring messages concerning agent accountability and activity reminders, lead-follow-up task reminders, meetings, training, scheduled activities, and other non-promotional team operations. It is not used to send marketing or promotional messages to consumer leads.
Enrollment and Consent
Participation is voluntary and requires affirmative enrollment through the RRN Agent Operations opt-in form. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and agree to receive recurring operational text messages from The Richard Reyes Network. Consent is not a condition of employment, agent affiliation, independent-contractor status, or receiving brokerage services. Operational notices can be delivered through an alternate approved channel. Consent applies only to RRN Agent Operations and does not authorize consumer marketing messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to assignments, scheduled activities, and operational needs. Participants may receive multiple messages during an active week.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any RRN Agent Operations message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from this program unless you enroll again. Required operational notices may instead be delivered through email, a secure application, or another approved channel. Other commonly recognized opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL, may also be honored.

Privacy
Information collected through the program is handled according to The Richard Reyes Network Privacy Policy at https://www.explore-homes.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion does not prevent us from using service providers that support message delivery, security, recordkeeping, or program administration when those providers are contractually limited to performing services on our behalf.
Message Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or other circumstances outside our control.
Protecting Confidential Information
RRN Agent Operations messages should not contain confidential client details, financial information, access credentials, or sensitive transaction information. Participants should use the designated secure system or link to review protected information.
Number Changes
You must notify The Richard Reyes Network if you discontinue or transfer the mobile number enrolled in the program. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Changes to These Terms
KINGS CAPITAL GROUP LLC may update these terms when operational, legal, or carrier requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
