12. Mobile Messaging and SMS Privacy

KINGS CAPITAL GROUP LLC, doing business as The Richard Reyes Network, operates the RRN Agent Operations text-messaging program for participating affiliated agents and authorized team members.
Information We Collect
When you enroll in or interact with the program, we may collect your name, mobile telephone number, affiliated role, the date, time, source, and version of your consent, message-delivery records, opt-out requests, HELP requests, and information needed to administer and protect the program.
How We Use Mobile Information
We use this information to send agent accountability reminders, lead-follow-up task reminders, meeting or training notices, internal operational notifications, enrollment confirmations, and required compliance messages. RRN Agent Operations is not intended to send consumer marketing or promotional messages. Sensitive client or transaction information should be accessed through the designated secure system rather than SMS.
Mobile Information and Consent
We do not sell mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
